Do not pursue your landscape dream without hiring 3D Design! My first thoughts were that my husband and I could design our own landscape & pavilion and/or use the pool contractor's design. Luckily before we moved forward we heard about David through a well known general contractor in the area. We knew a few things, It had to fulfill our needs and wants, it had to be done right and of course we wanted it to add value to our home. Well, we hired David. He listened to everything we wanted right down to the most people we would be entertaining. He assured us that after the first 3D design, he would keep working until we were 100 percent satisfied. Can you believe that David nailed it on the first try! His design was beautiful and so functional, something we could of never imagined. We took his design, passed it on to our contractors and before we knew it our back yard matched right up with David's original design. I think our contractors appreciated David as much as we did. No misdesigns, no job delays, no "I didn't know it would look like that". Our new backyard is everything we imagined and more! One of the best investments we've ever made! Thank you David!

The design experience was wonderful, very professional and they had many beautiful ideas
We have a huge lot, over 14,000sq ft The backyard is a little over 8,000sq ft I installed almost 6,000sq ft of artificial grass and stepping stones. The rest, I had no vision. I needed help in design for the rest of the backyard. I don't know what type of trees to plant. David, the owner of 3D Design, provided us with great ideas.
My next-door neighbor recommended 3D Design. I called David and we set up a date for him to come out within days. He came out, looked at the layout of the backyard, listen to what we wanted. Couple of days later, his son Jack came out to make measurements. Within 3 weeks, we saw our draft in 3D. It looked amazing. It looked so real. The graphics was sharp and detail, I can imagine the finish product. Then we called him and went over the draft. We discussed what we like and dislike, remove certain item and add more item. It's great. David would comment, good or not, whether our ideas work or not.
Then we got our 2nd draft within a week or so, at this point it was about 95% of how we wanted it. We did another conference call and went over few more ideas and within another week, we got our final draft. We saw a 3D video of the final product and it looked better than we can ever imagine. He then sent the job out to contractor for bidding. All in one place. It's great. We don't have to run around, trying to find a reliable contractor. He even stop by the house with Jack to deliver a hard copy of the plan and everything I needed to submit to HOA. He promised to stay on this project until all done, very comforting to hear. Project went pretty much on schedule, David (3D)created graphics so we could see how the yard would look. The end result was what we saw in the designs he created. 3D has contractors that he recommends to finish the job as created and timely. He works with your ideas and your pocketbook. Use 3D Design, he is really good about being available and keeping the project going. Use the contractors he recommends and he usually works with. 3D and the contractors will give you suggestions for colors, sizes, minor changes and additions. But you will have the final decision.

I'm so glad I spent a little extra time and money to put a plan in place for my yard! I knew what it would look like if I did it myself; it would have been just OK. Instead, I got WOW. I would have spent the same amount of money on install and not gotten the grand effect. They took the time to interview me about all uses and incorporate extras that I wouldn't even have thought of (for example benches along a pathway connecting two areas). When I pull up in my drive it looks like a professional designed my yard. Oh wait, that's because a professional did design my yard!!
Great return on investment. The most important part of any project is the base plan. David provided a great plan for my landscape and the install went off without a hitch. No spending money on changing things. My yard actually looks like pictures on Houzz!! Mission accomplished.

3D designs did an absolutely great job designing and managing our project. When we first started our project we were very confused where to start and wanted to make sure we had a vision for our project. We called many landscape contractors and such and only ended up more confused. When I stumbled on the 3D Designs by David ad online I talked with Dave for about 45 minutes on the phone about what we were looking for. After hanging up the phone I was so relieved that I finally found someone that and understood what we were looking. David was very informative about the process from start to finish. After deciding to have them design our project we were amazed at the 3D design they created. It was unbelievable the design David came up with. He transformed our Front and Backyard space into our dream yard. We were able to see what the finish product would look like before it was built and visually make and see changes as necessary to help decide what we really wanted in our space. This is OUR backyard in real life now….from concept to reality, it has become our favorite place to hang out and host socials. We have had many events and just great days in our new backyard. The most common quote from visitors/friends is ‘we should vacation here as this is as good or better than a resort!’ What is amazing is how David and his team took our old backyard and our ideas and brought them to life, plus added new ideas we hadn’t even thought of..truly outside the box. The project is in the beginning stage but must say that it this point we are talking and walking with the right people. All to help make the best decisions possible. I'm meeting contractors for Electrical upgrades additions and Heat and Air to improve the comfort, Solar system to save on power costs, Lighting for everything, help in seeing what to do inside and out regarding security and walkways, drive areas and the landscape areas.
