He listened to our needs and wants and put together a great space. We are looking forward to the completion of our project and enjoying our new backyard! Excellent 3D drawing of our proposed pool and backyard landscape design. We were blown away by the 3D design video that David created of our pool and backyard layout. It really gave us the ability to see what our design would look like before building. It was a simple process of taking a few pictures and forwarding them to be used in the design. After a lengthy conversation detailing what we were looking for, David was able to create an awesome design. David is easy to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful in making suggestions about what works or looks good. Changes were easy once we had an initial draft. Well worth the money! Final plans are very detailed.

3D Designs by David developed a plan for our backyard bringing our vision for a Tuscan style backyard "staycation" to life. Our wish list included a pool, fireplace, built in barbecue, covered patio and pool house/storage shed. Given the limited space we had to work with I was not sure it would be possible. His spacial planning and design ideas resulted in a plan we loved at first sight. He incorporated everything we wanted successfully translating our vision into a plan. The 3D design plan is a very cool way to see the end result before construction starts.

3D Designs by David has been a great service for our backyard project. The project included a pool, landscape plants, structures, lighting, fountains, a stone fireplace and concrete work. Before we used 3D Designs we were worried about how we would coordinate the various contractors needed for our project and who would have our best interest. Plus, my wife and I are very
meticulous and needed everything to work perfectly together regarding our vision from beginning to end.
After we presented our vision to 3D Designs, they came back with a wonderful animated camera angle 3D design to view, letting us see every angle of the project. This made it very easy to tweak a few things and get it just right. 3D Designs provided every itemized detail that the contractors needed to execute our vision. David, the designer, was very knowledgeable about
building codes, building materials, detailed design elements and industry connections. Simply put, he knows what he's doing. David walked us through the entire process start to end. He met with us on site to talk about what we wanted to do. Gave us a lot of ideas and suggestions. Then made a 3D design on what the finished product would look like. We were able to add and change the design multiple times until we were satisfied. Communication was fantastic through out the process. About two years ago we hired David to design a pre-existing front yard that we wanted to have a little more curb appeal. His ability to make your yard come to life virtually is like no other. The ease in knowing what your final project will look like before construction ever starts is priceless. We recently hired David again to design our existing backyard. We fell in love working with David and his crew during our front yard project and wouldn't have considered using anyone else for our backyard. For both the front and back yards we had existing landscape that David worked with, he was able to save us a lot of money by figuring a design that incorporated our existing landscape. very smooth
I collaborated with David and Kimberly to redesign my front yard into living space that was both functional and beautiful. I had a great time working with them, the 3D blue prints are amazing and seeing them come to life is an experience worth having. David was respectful to all of my input and really captured by vision.
