The design experience was wonderful, very professional and they had many beautiful ideas
We have a huge lot, over 14,000sq ft The backyard is a little over 8,000sq ft I installed almost 6,000sq ft of artificial grass and stepping stones. The rest, I had no vision. I needed help in design for the rest of the backyard. I don’t know what type of trees to plant. David, the owner of 3D Design, provided us with great ideas.
My next-door neighbor recommended 3D Design. I called David and we set up a date for him to come out within days. He came out, looked at the layout of the backyard, listen to what we wanted. Couple of days later, his son Jack came out to make measurements. Within 3 weeks, we saw our draft in 3D. It looked amazing. It looked so real. The graphics was sharp and detail, I can imagine the finish product. Then we called him and went over the draft. We discussed what we like and dislike, remove certain item and add more item. It’s great. David would comment, good or not, whether our ideas work or not.
Then we got our 2nd draft within a week or so, at this point it was about 95% of how we wanted it. We did another conference call and went over few more ideas and within another week, we got our final draft. We saw a 3D video of the final product and it looked better than we can ever imagine. He then sent the job out to contractor for
bidding. All in one place. It’s great. We don’t have to run around, trying to find a reliable contractor. He even stop by the house with Jack to deliver a hard copy of the plan and everything I needed to submit to HOA. He promised to stay on this project until all done, very comforting to hear. Our contractor contacted me within few days. We will go over the numbers in a few days. The design experience was wonderful, very professional and they had many beautiful ideas.
