His spacial planning and design ideas resulted in a plan we loved

3D Designs by David developed a plan for our backyard bringing our vision for a Tuscan style backyard "staycation" to life. Our wish list included a pool, fireplace, built in barbecue, covered patio and pool house/storage shed. Given the limited space we had to work with I was not sure it would be possible. His spacial planning and design ideas resulted in a plan we loved at first sight. He incorporated everything we wanted successfully translating our vision into a plan. The 3D design plan is a very cool way to see the end result before construction starts.

3D Designs by David has been a great service for our backyard project. The project included a pool, landscape plants, structures, lighting, fountains, a stone fireplace and concrete work. Before we used 3D Designs we were worried about how we would coordinate the various contractors needed for our project and who would have our best interest. Plus, my wife and I are very
meticulous and needed everything to work perfectly together regarding our vision from beginning to end.
After we presented our vision to 3D Designs, they came back with a wonderful animated camera angle 3D design to view, letting us see every angle of the project. This made it very easy to tweak a few things and get it just right. 3D Designs provided every itemized detail that the contractors needed to execute our vision. David, the designer, was very knowledgeable about
building codes, building materials, detailed design elements and industry connections. Simply put, he knows what he's doing. David stayed involved throughout the completion of our project, even communicating with and coordinating with the contractors involved to keep the vision clear and moving along. 3D Designs has been great to work with, making us feel that we are in good hands, with us, the clients, always looking out for our best interest throughout the process. David walked us through the entire process start to end. He met with us on site to talk about what we wanted to do. Gave us a lot of ideas and suggestions. Then made a 3D design on what the finished product would look like. We were able to add and change the design multiple times until we were satisfied. About two years ago we hired David to design a pre-existing front yard that we wanted to have a little more curb appeal. His ability to make your yard come to life virtually is like no other. Perfect fit for us

Searching Houzz I found 3D Designs by David and I am so happy I did! Looking at their pictures and browsing their website, I knew that they would be a perfect fit for us. All their designs are so beautiful and fit perfectly in the spaces. We recently moved into a brand new house with no back yard landscaping. something we could of never imagined

Do not pursue your landscape dream without hiring 3D Design! My first thoughts were that my husband and I could design our own landscape & pavilion and/or use the pool contractor's design. Luckily before we moved forward we heard about David through a well known general contractor in the area. We knew a few things, It had to fulfill our needs and wants, it had to be done right and of course we wanted it to add value to our home. Well, we hired David. He listened to everything we wanted right down to the most people we would be entertaining. He assured us that after the first 3D design, he would keep working until we were 100 percent satisfied. Can you believe that David nailed it on the first try! His design was beautiful and so functional, something we could of never imagined. We took his design, passed it on to our contractors and before we knew it our back yard matched right up with David's original design. I think our contractors appreciated David as much as we did.
